Local Attractions:
Our property is located within the boundaries of the Daniel Boone National Forest
and Cave Run Lake.All types of boating, swimming, over 100 miles of
hiking-nature trails and rock climbing are some popular activities. Cave Rune Lake is known
as the “Musky Capital of the South”, with a new state record of 47 lbs.
caught by a teen, in November 2008. Bass, crappie and other game fish
can be found in it’s many coves. Spring brings many visitors to the area
to hunt the forests for wild mushrooms. Red River Gorge National Geological Area,
Natural Bridge State Park and Broke Leg Falls are located within a 45 minute drive.
